Terms & Checkout Policy – Branch and Brush.

Branch and Brush CHECKOUT & PURCHASE POLICY

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
These terms apply to all Branch and Brush products, including custom-made (MTO) and ready-to-purchase (RTP) items.

1. Product Specifications

1.1. All product dimensions, finishes, and materials are approximate and may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.
1.2. Wood and natural materials may show variations in grain, tone, and texture — these are natural and not considered defects.
1.3. Colors may differ slightly depending on lighting or device screens.

2. Custom / Made-to-Order Products

2.1. Any item produced to specific dimensions, finishes, colors, or textures is classified as a custom-made product.
2.2. Custom orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable once production begins.
2.3. Approval of design, finish, and dimensions confirms acceptance of all specifications.
2.4. Lead time for custom-made orders is 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.
2.5. A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before delivery.
2.6. No changes are permitted after approval or production start.

3. Ready-to-Purchase (RTP) Products

3.1. RTP items are pre-manufactured and available from stock without customization.
3.2. RTP items are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 48 hours if unused and in original packaging.
3.3. Return shipping and handling fees (both ways) must be covered and paid before scheduling the return.
3.4. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any product category.
3.5. Items on sale, used, assembled, or exposed to humidity are not eligible for return.

4. Lead Time, Production & Delays

4.1. Standard lead time: 4–8 weeks from deposit date.
4.2. If a delay occurs beyond 8 weeks due to material shortage, supplier issues, or force majeure, the customer will be informed in writing.
4.3. Reasonable delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Delivery, Split Shipments & Access

5.1. Delivery fees vary by location and will be shown at checkout or quoted separately.
5.2. The client must ensure clear access for delivery (doors, elevators, stairs, corridors).
5.3. If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, the order remains non-refundable.
5.4. For multi-piece orders, Branch and Brush may deliver items in separate shipments based on production readiness.
5.5. Assembly is not always included unless explicitly stated.

6. Completion, Storage & Uncollected Orders

6.1. Once notified that an order is complete, delivery or pickup must be scheduled within 14 days.
6.2. After that period, a storage fee of 3% of the total order value per week applies.
6.3. If the customer does not collect or schedule delivery within 30 days, the order is considered forfeited, and the deposit is non-refundable.
6.4. Written notice is required for any storage extension or rescheduling.

7. Inspection & Claims

7.1. Customers must inspect products upon delivery. Visible damage must be reported immediately with photos.
7.2. Hidden manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours with photo/video evidence.
7.3. Reports submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

8. Warranty

8.1. Branch and Brush provides an 18-month warranty against structural manufacturing defects.
8.2. Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, stains, or water damage

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Color or texture variation due to sunlight or humidity
    8.3. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photo evidence.

9. After-Sales Service

9.1. Branch and Brush offers paid after-sales services such as refinishing, adjustments, or repairs outside warranty coverage.
9.2. Each service will be quoted individually based on the scope of work.

10. Order Cancellations

10.1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not started.
10.2. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

11. Payment Terms & Currency

11.1. Full payment is required for RTP items.
11.2. Custom orders require a 50% deposit to begin production and the remaining balance before delivery.
11.3. All payments are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
11.4. Prices displayed in other currencies are for reference and may vary with exchange rates.

12. Liability

Branch and Brush’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products within warranty terms.
The company is not responsible for delays, access issues, or damages after acceptance.

13. Intellectual Property & Media Rights

All product designs, images, and creative content are the intellectual property of Branch and Brush.
The company reserves the right to use finished product images for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

14. Acceptance of Policy

By completing checkout, the customer confirms:

  • Agreement with all terms

  • Understanding of RTP vs Custom distinctions

  • Approval of all finishes, materials, and sizes

  • Acceptance of warranty, delivery, and return conditions

عند إتمام عملية الشراء عبر موقعنا، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على جميع البنود التالية، والتي تنطبق على المنتجات الجاهزة والمصنوعة حسب الطلب.

1. مواصفات المنتجات

1.1. الأبعاد والتشطيبات تقريبية وقد تختلف ضمن الحدود المسموح بها.
1.2. يُعد اختلاف اللون أو العروق في الخشب أمرًا طبيعيًا وليس عيبًا.
1.3. قد تختلف الألوان تبعًا للإضاءة أو شاشة العرض.

2. المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب

2.1. أي منتج يُنفذ بمواصفات خاصة يُعتبر منتجًا مخصصًا.
2.2. هذه المنتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الإلغاء بعد بدء الإنتاج.
2.3. يُشترط سداد دفعة مقدمة 50٪ لبدء التنفيذ، والباقي قبل التسليم.
2.4. مدة التنفيذ من 4 إلى 8 أسابيع.
2.5. لا يمكن تعديل المواصفات بعد اعتمادها.

3. المنتجات الجاهزة (RTP)

3.1. هي المنتجات المتوفرة بالمخزون دون تخصيص.
3.2. غير قابلة للاسترجاع ويمكن استبدالها خلال 48 ساعة إذا كانت غير مستخدمة وبحال جيدة.
3.3. يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا وأي رسوم إضافية قبل تحديد موعد الاسترجاع.
3.4. الدفع عند الاستلام غير متاح.
3.5. لا تُقبل المرتجعات للمنتجات المستخدمة أو المعروضة أو المتضررة بعد التسليم.

4. مدة التصنيع والتأخير

4.1. المدة القياسية من 4 إلى 8 أسابيع من تاريخ الدفعة المقدمة.
4.2. في حال حدوث تأخير بسبب نقص المواد أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة، يتم إخطار العميل كتابيًا.
4.3. لا يحق للعميل طلب الإلغاء أو الاسترداد بسبب التأخير المعقول.

5. التوصيل وتقسيم الشحنات

5.1. تختلف رسوم التوصيل حسب الموقع.
5.2. يجب التأكد من وجود ممر مناسب (سلالم، مصعد، أبواب).
5.3. إذا تعذر التوصيل بسبب ضيق المساحة، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.
5.4. في الطلبات التي تحتوي على أكثر من قطعة، قد يتم التسليم على دفعات حسب الجاهزية.

6. التخزين والطلبات غير المستلمة

6.1. بعد إخطار العميل بجاهزية الطلب، يجب استلامه خلال 14 يومًا.
6.2. بعد هذه المدة، تُفرض رسوم تخزين بنسبة 3٪ من قيمة الطلب أسبوعيًا.
6.3. إذا لم يتم استلام الطلب خلال 30 يومًا، يُعتبر الطلب ملغيًا دون استرداد الدفعة المقدمة.
6.4. يجب إخطار الشركة كتابيًا في حال تأجيل التسليم.

7. الفحص والاستلام

7.1. يجب فحص المنتج عند التسليم مباشرة.
7.2. يتم الإبلاغ عن أي تلف ظاهر فورًا قبل مغادرة فريق التوصيل.
7.3. تُقبل البلاغات عن العيوب الخفية خلال 24 ساعة فقط من الاستلام.

8. الضمان

8.1. ضمان لمدة 18 شهرًا ضد العيوب التصنيعية في الهيكل فقط.
8.2. لا يشمل الضمان:

  • الاستخدام الطبيعي

  • الخدوش أو البقع أو التلف بالماء

  • التركيب الخاطئ أو سوء الاستخدام

  • التغيرات الناتجة عن الشمس أو الرطوبة

9. خدمات ما بعد البيع

9.1. تقدم Branch and Brush خدمات صيانة مدفوعة بعد انتهاء فترة الضمان.
9.2. يتم تحديد التكلفة بناءً على نوع العمل المطلوب.

10. الإلغاء

10.1. يمكن الإلغاء خلال 24 ساعة إذا لم يبدأ التنفيذ.
10.2. بعد ذلك، تُعتبر الدفعة المقدمة غير قابلة للاسترداد.

11. الدفع والعملة

11.1. يتم الدفع الكامل للمنتجات الجاهزة.
11.2. تُدفع 50٪ لبدء تصنيع المنتجات المخصصة.
11.3. جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري (EGP)، وقد تختلف أسعار العملات الأجنبية حسب سعر الصرف.

12. المسؤولية

تقتصر مسؤولية Branch and Brush على إصلاح أو استبدال المنتجات المعيبة فقط ضمن شروط الضمان.

13. الملكية الفكرية وحقوق الصور

جميع التصاميم والصور تخص Branch and Brush ويُحظر استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.
تحتفظ الشركة بحق استخدام صور المنتجات النهائية لأغراض تسويقية ما لم يُطلب خلاف ذلك كتابيًا.

14. القبول

عند الدفع، يؤكد العميل موافقته على البنود السابقة ويفهم الفرق بين المنتجات الجاهزة والمخصصة ويقر بالمواصفات والضمان.
